First of all, let’s all admit we make spaghetti with jarred sauce sometimes!!
I admit that I am a maker of easy spaghetti. Especially, on nights my hubby is gone. ✋🏻
Because, let’s face it. Kids really like jarred spaghetti. And, I guess sometimes I do too. 😉
What am I doing with these jars? Definitely not throwing them away. These are gems. And this my friends is the first DIY I will be showing you with these treasures.
Vases can be expensive. Especially in bulk. Plus, if you’re looking for some with character they can be few and far between. I like to mix and match vases with my jars too. Or, sometimes I use my jars as vases alone! So, to the rescue, your old spaghetti jars you’ve been saving! Whip out that glue gun. We’re about to have some fun!
Take that pretty little ribbon and wrap it around that gem of a spaghetti jar! Make sure to use your glue gun along the way to adhere it to the glass jar. At the end tie a simple knot or bow! Well, look at that! You have yourself one pretty little vase! Made by you with love and character. Now, go find yourself some fresh flowers to cut from your garden! Or, the neighbors. Hey, if you don’t have either of those head to the grocery store and treat yourself to those gorgeous blooms you’ve had your eye on! 😉 By the way, aren’t these peonies to die for?!
