Well, hello. If you know anything about me, you know I love a good martini.
When I decide to make Asian cuisine, I always pair it with this cocktail!
- 4 oz. Saki
- 10 clementines
- 1 TBS ginger
- 2 TBS white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Cut all those pretty little clementines in half. Squeeze all of the clementines into a drink shaker. Pour in 4 oz. of saki. Toss in a handle of ice. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shaaaaaaaake your martini. Your maaaaaartini!!! (you have to sing that. It’s part of the recipe.)
- Prep your martini glass by running a fresh cut Clementine around the outer edge of the glass.
- In a small bowl (one that will fit the top of your martini glass) mix together the ginger, sugar, and cinnamon. Take your shiny glass turn it upside down and rim it with the mixture.
- Pour that sweet martini into that perfect little glass.
Fancy and fun.
( Makes 2 martini’s, or one continuous martini) 😉
